Fennesz live

The Austrian artist is considered one of the most important creators of electroacoustic music and ambient. His discography contains dozens of albums, most of them recorded in various ensembles with diverse instrumentation. Fennesz was even part of an improvising orchestra. However, it is his solo works, where electronics and guitar reign, that have been etched in golden letters in the history of music. His Endless Summer, Venice, Black Sea, Becs, and last year’s release Mosaic are beautiful albums on the border of drone and glitch aesthetics. Melodic, rich in sounds, with multilayered textures, but with a very accessible character, open to the listener and full of emotion.
