Business Techno: The Game

We have created a board game that aims not only to entertain, but also to start a discussion on the current state of the club scene.

Business Techno: The Game is a board game for two to six people in which you trade…. what is considered contemporary techno culture. All this to build your own Techno Empire, where currency is the famous Techno Coin. The game was released in 2022 but its message is still relevant.

The board of Business Techno: The Game includes all the important places relevant to today’s electronic music scene meaning: Detroit, London, Amsterdam, Ibiza, Berlin, Dubai and, of course, Bialystok. We made sure to include key business infrastructure facilities for the scene in each city: clubs, festivals, institutions or media. Managing them is just one step to success. We want Business Techno: The Game to be a starting point for discussing key industry topics, while having fun together. Let’s be offline again and meet IRL!

The world of Business Techno: The Game is as engaging as the lively discussions under articles about the state of the club scene. The game is fully based on what is around us and can be safely said to be a „documentary game” that is meant not only to be an addition to the really successful before and afterparties, but also, through its controversial rules, to comment on the reality we create and in which we are. Those working in the music industry will probably laugh through their tears more than once, and some bitter truths will give food for thought – who knows, maybe even bring refreshing visions and ideas.
