Despite the coincidence of names, Lake Haze is not at all the big brother of the guy from Hałastra, but a Portuguese producer who glides forward on grated, raw-sounding lo-fi textures. Reaching for electro rhythms, techno and breaks, Lake Haze creates club music for those who, even after their second coffee, can barely lift their eyelids and are dozing half asleep. The Portuguese can take such dreamers on many psychedelic visions.
