Bialystok Up To Date Festival is organized by a group of people who joined forces to make a ‘one of a kind event’ in their hometown happen. Collective actions by The Cultural Emergency association (Pogotowie Kulturalne), Audiosfera Pro agency, and Eastern Borderline Massive collective, as well as, people ivolved in cultural creativeness from the Podlachia region, have opened a new chapter in the cultural history of Bialystok in 2010. In 2011 we will once again prove that Eastern Poland can also make it. And make it big.
